Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and making purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Restock merchandise, price items, and organize displays to maximize sales potential.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, hours, and policies in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and security.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
