Your Responsibilities
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our store operates smoothly while providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing payments and returns.
- Merchandise the sales floor and stock shelves to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and performing stock counts.
- Provide product knowledge to customers, answering questions and making recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs and stand for long durations.
