Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms at all times.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including returns and exchanges.
- Merchandising: Assist in restocking inventory, organizing displays, and executing visual merchandising directives to drive sales.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company policies to effectively educate and guide customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high-energy store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling and inventory counts.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
