Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entering the store, providing friendly and helpful service.
- Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Communicate product features, promotions, and store policies to customers to drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS terminals.
- Reliable availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
