Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure signage is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve daily sales targets and goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
