Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume transactions with 100% accuracy using advanced POS systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions and product knowledge
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure premium store presentation standards
- Process returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments with efficiency
- Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to drive sales conversion
- Operate cash management protocols including cash handling and reconciliation
- Train new team members on operational procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume cashier experience with proven accuracy record
- Expertise with modern POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS, Oracle Retail)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Previous experience in luxury retail or premium environments preferred
- Valid Minnesota Food Handler's certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
