- Process cash, card, and digital payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Operate POS systems and maintain organized cash drawers
- Assist with inventory management and store stocking duties
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards at checkout stations
- Participate in team training and store improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or cashier experience required
- Proficient with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
