Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using POS systems.
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous cash handling and retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
