Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise the sales floor to ensure products are displayed attractively and inventory is up to date.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment in compliance with company standards.
- Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor moves, and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise throughout the store.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
