Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting the right equipment and demonstrate product features effectively.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize store merchandise and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer bases.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
