Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide personalized assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently, handle returns, and manage payments accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to create an inviting environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, merchandise displays, and seasonal inventory organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain store standards.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and resolve issues to retain loyalty.
Qualifications
- Availability: Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and calculate change quickly and accurately.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Attitude: A positive, customer-first attitude and a willingness to learn.
