Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional demeanor
- Operate cash registers, scanners, and payment processing equipment
- Handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments securely
- Assist with price checks, product inquiries, and bagging groceries
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and shelves
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
