Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering product-related questions.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Restock inventory and ensure all products are properly tagged and displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the store manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
