As a Stocker, you play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked and our customers have access to the products they need. This position offers competitive pay, flexible shifts, and a chance to grow within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Unload & Organize: Receive and unpack merchandise, verifying stock levels against invoices.
- Stock Shelves: Maintain accurate inventory levels by restocking shelves, displays, and storage areas efficiently.
- Merchandising: Ensure products are properly signed, priced, and visually appealing to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanning equipment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 3:00 AM - 7:00 AM).
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail stocking, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy regarding inventory counts and product placement.
