Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create engaging in-store displays
- Assist in inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Uphold brand standards and store cleanliness at all times
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, tablets)
