Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Organize merchandise on shelves and sales floors to maintain a visually appealing and clutter-free environment.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, features, and pricing.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and restocking activities.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to execute store events and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to lift boxes and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Enthusiasm for learning new products and sales techniques.
