Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions about products and services.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize the sales floor, and ensure the showroom is clean and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and performing cycle counts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
