Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves and displays with precision to maximize product visibility and ensure stock levels are optimal throughout the morning.
- Merchandising: Organize products, rotate stock to ensure freshness, and maintain attractive store displays.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, backroom, and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
- Delivery Handling: Assist in unloading deliveries, checking invoices, and safely transporting goods to the appropriate storage areas.
- Price Integrity: Verify pricing accuracy and ensure signage is up-to-date and consistent with current promotions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure inventory accuracy and store standards.
- Communication: Basic communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
