Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and returns
- Maintain store presentation standards including visual merchandising and cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management including stocking and floor replenishment
- Support team goals through collaborative sales floor coverage
- Participate in product training to stay updated on new arrivals

Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
