Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operations: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Inventory: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and organizing merchandise displays.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and reliable with a history of good attendance.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks requiring movement around the store.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
