What You Will Do:
As a Retail Associate, you will be the face of our brand. You will ensure our customers have a positive shopping experience, manage store operations, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Operations: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by following merchandising guidelines and restocking inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations during peak hours.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the store environment safe, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow.
