Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using POS systems.
- Organize and maintain store shelves and display areas to ensure a clean, safe, and appealing environment.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support team members and collaborate to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work weekends and holidays.
