Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Visual merchandising: create eye-catching displays that reflect seasonal promotions
- Inventory management: receive stock, organize stockroom, and conduct cycle counts
- Operate opening/closing procedures including alarm systems and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years retail experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
