Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise onto shelves and display racks with precision and speed.
- Rotate stock to ensure older inventory is sold first, maintaining freshness and compliance with safety standards.
- Organize aisles and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all shoppers.
- Process incoming shipments and verify product accuracy against delivery orders.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and reporting any damaged or missing stock.
- Clean work areas and ensure equipment is stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily stocking targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work ethic.
- Basic math skills for pricing and inventory management.
