We offer a competitive base salary of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus a generous Sign-On Bonus of $500 upon successful completion of your training period. Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict adherence to company security protocols and cash-handling policies.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cash handling preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
