Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store while supporting remote inventory management
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records through our hybrid POS system
- Collaborate with team leads on virtual scheduling and inventory planning
- Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation projects
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone/chat during remote shifts
- Contribute to weekly sales reports and performance analytics
- Train on new products through our virtual learning portal
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proficient with digital tools (MS Office, CRM software)
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/evenings
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional off-site errands
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Self-motivated with remote work capabilities
