Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to every customer entering the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Customer Assistance: Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and organizing displays.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including handling cash, credit cards, and managing returns.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock counts, and communicate low-stock items to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure store goals are met during peak weekend hours.
- Shelf Arrangement: Keep product areas tidy and follow merchandising standards to maximize sales.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
