Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and managing returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout the weekend shifts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
