Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards during operating hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Participate in evening inventory counts and store closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available for evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM) with flexible scheduling needs
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to and from Frenchmen Street location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures quickly
