Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse menu of high-quality coffee drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Maintain a pristine, inviting, and safe environment for our customers at our Delaware Avenue location.
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely, following strict health and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cash handling with accuracy.
- Clean workstations, espresso machines, and dining areas to uphold our premium standards.
- Collaborate with the team to create a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is a plus, but we are happy to train enthusiastic learners.
- Strong passion for coffee culture and the ability to quickly master brewing techniques.
