Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Manage inventory and supplies via remote inventory system
- Train new team members through virtual and in-person sessions
- Develop seasonal drink menus remotely
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in-store
- Process orders through our mobile ordering platform
Qualifications
- 1+ years of barista experience preferred
- Proficiency with espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Strong remote communication skills via Slack/Zoom
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Valid NC driver's license for supply runs
