Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns for conferences, concerts, and festivals
- Provide exceptional guest services including registration, wayfinding, and information assistance
- Manage crowd control and safety protocols during high-traffic events
- Coordinate with vendors and venue staff to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain event spaces per client specifications and brand standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and poise
- Assist in inventory management of event equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or event support experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of event setup and venue operations preferred
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
