Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Manage digital inventory systems and restock supplies remotely
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and via digital channels
- Participate in virtual team training and development sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café space
- Collaborate with team members through virtual communication tools
- Process payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience or equivalent training
- Proficiency with digital scheduling and inventory management tools
- Strong communication skills for in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of specialty coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High-speed reliable internet for remote work components
- Food handling certification preferred
