Responsibilities
- Master espresso brewing techniques and specialty coffee preparation
- Delight customers with exceptional service and product knowledge
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all workstations
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Participate in regular training sessions and product tastings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (provided during training)
