Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences at our Portland flagship location
- Manage digital orders and remote customer communications via our online platform
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of coffee stations
- Collaborate with remote team members on inventory and scheduling
- Develop innovative seasonal drink recipes for both digital and in-person menus
- Train new baristas on remote work protocols and coffee techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and latte art
- Exceptional remote communication skills (Slack, Zoom, CRM)
- Flexibility to work 3-4 shifts weekly including weekends
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's certification
- Strong time management for balancing in-person and remote duties
