Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service to VIP guests during evening hours
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using PMS software
- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain a pristine reception area ambiance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work independently during evening shifts
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility to cover weekends and holidays
- Nevada Gaming License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
