Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee beverages using traditional Hawaiian brewing techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm island hospitality
- Operate espresso machines and maintain cleanliness of workstations
- Upsell specialty items and seasonal promotions
- Train new team members on beverage recipes and service standards
- Manage inventory and assist with daily café operations
- Participate in monthly coffee-tasting workshops
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – paid training provided
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn Hawaiian brewing methods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Food Handler's Certification (provided during training)
