Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and virtual consultations
- Manage inventory ordering and quality control for remote coffee supplies
- Develop and maintain digital content for virtual coffee education sessions
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal menu innovations and promotions
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards across remote operations
- Train customers on home brewing methods via video tutorials
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proficiency in espresso machines, pour-over methods, and milk texturing
- Strong communication skills for virtual customer interactions
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team cohesion
- Valid food handler certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience with inventory management software
