Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with professionalism
- Ensure venue safety protocols and emergency procedures are strictly followed
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution
- Handle VIP guest services and resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and equipment management
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Support crowd control and flow management for large-scale events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or event hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Experience with crowd management preferred
- Must be available for at least 3 events per month
