Responsibilities
- Execute event setup, guest registration, and seamless attendee flow management
- Provide exceptional customer service and real-time issue resolution at Phoenix venues
- Coordinate with remote team leads via mobile platforms during event operations
- Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor deliveries with precision
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures at all event sites
- Collect and report attendee feedback through our digital platform
- Collaborate with remote event coordinators for pre-event planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event staff or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays in Phoenix area
- Reliable transportation to event venues across the Valley
- Proficient with mobile communication apps (Slack, Teams, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
