Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following premium recipes
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service in our vibrant St. Louis cafés
- Collaborate with remote team members via virtual tools for inventory and scheduling
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness and equipment hygiene standards
- Upsell seasonal promotions and loyalty program offerings
- Participate in monthly virtual coffee-tasting and skill development sessions
- Support digital order fulfillment for our growing delivery service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso machine operation and milk texturing
- Exceptional communication skills for both in-person and virtual interactions
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Comfortable with digital scheduling platforms and basic video conferencing
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning
- Reliable transportation to St. Louis locations
