Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with speed and accuracy
- Handle reservation modifications and inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain lobby area appearance and amenities
- Assist with special event coordination and VIP requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/reception experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS systems
- Ability to work flexible evenings and weekends
- Valid Oregon food handler's card preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
