Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and break down event venues with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional guest service, including ticketing, directions, and problem resolution
- Execute event safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Manage inventory and equipment for event-specific needs
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Assist with crowd control and guest flow management
Qualifications
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in varied environments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event setup and AV equipment
