Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote customer support via phone, chat, and email during evening hours (5 PM - 10 PM EST)
- Resolve client inquiries regarding healthcare software functionality and account management
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate feedback to leadership
- Conduct virtual training sessions for new clients on platform features
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and proactively address potential concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM systems)
