- Document interactions accurately in our customer database for seamless continuity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions for handover excellence
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services through continuous training modules
- Uphold company standards for response times and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
