Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and retention strategies for UK/EU markets
- Collaborate with Colorado Springs teams on product implementation
- Resolve technical issues and optimize client workflows
- Analyze usage data to drive adoption and satisfaction
- Develop quarterly business reviews and improvement plans
- Train clients on new features and best practices
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with US-based teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer success or technical support
- Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across time zones (GMT-7 to GMT+1)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with remote team collaboration
- Knowledge of US business practices preferred
