Responsibilities
- Design quantum processor architectures with >1,000 qubit scalability
- Develop cryogenic control systems operating at <10mK temperatures
- Implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead integration of quantum systems with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive research on topological qubit implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing quantum computing hardware/software systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms (surface codes, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting circuits
- Published research in quantum information science
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (Amazon Braket, IBM Quantum)
