Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Experience securing federal research grants and managing multi-lab collaborations
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy experiments and NISQ-era limitations
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and high-performance computing
