Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications

- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Familiarity with quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum simulations
- Ability to secure and manage research funding from NSF, DARPA, or industry partners
