Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experiments to reduce qubit decoherence rates by 50% using advanced error-correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum processors operating at 20 mK temperatures
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Quantum)
- Develop quantum-safe cybersecurity protocols for enterprise clients in finance and healthcare
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
